We are seeking a skilled and creative Cake Decorator to join our team! As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and delicious cakes for our clients. You must be passionate about baking and have a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Design and create custom cakes for various occasions, including weddings, birthdays, and corporate events.
Use a variety of tools and techniques to decorate cakes, including fondant, icing, and piping.
Ensure all cakes are delivered on time and meet the client's specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of equipment and supplies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations in the bakery.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques for cake decoration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cake Decorator
- A strong portfolio showcasing your cake decoration skills
- Expertise in various cake-decorating techniques and tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
