Maintenance Tip!
Frustrated with my industry today! Repaired a garage door that shouldn't have needed to be fixed. Customer was sold broken parts and improper springs by another company. The broken parts they installed, unnecessarily replaced parts that were in perfect working order.
Long story short....the garage door is functioning properly now!
Anytime you get your garage door repaired, please test it manually before they connect your garage door opener to it. This is an effective way to see if they used the correct springs on the door. Also, if they are replacing other parts, request that they show them to you before installing.....you may not know exactly what you're looking at, but it may still help filter out the use of bad or broken parts!

Replaced rotted white wood window trim with composite trim. Replaced some damaged Hardie Siding also. Painted siding and window trim.

Garage door replacement today. Old door was repaired numerous times and it was finally time to go. Installed fully Insulated Wayne Dalton 8300 Elongated/Ranch Panel with windows. Nice upgrade!
