12 varieties of cookies x at least 4 dozen of each = A LOT OF COOKIES! Boxes are done and delivered/picked up. It’s truly a labor of love. Makes me happy to spread the holiday cheer. Now my husband and son can enjoy the leftovers after a week of yelling “don’t eat that!”

Sorry to report that if you are expecting Pignoli cookies in your cookie boxes this year they will not be there as the triple batch I made came out terrible. They are more like Pignoli pancakes or Pignoli brittle. First time in 20 years this has happened, so I’m blaming it on 2020. If you really want the disasters I’ll be happy to give you a small bag for free. First two picture are how they came out. The last picture is for reference of what they are supposed to look like.
