Easy Sausage Buns Recipe

Ingredients
325 g Flour ((2 1/2 cups loosely packed))
190 ml Slightly warm milk (not hot) ((3/4 cup + 2 tsp))
50 g Butter :50g ((3 1/2 tbsp))
1 tsp Yeast (instant) (( If Active dried yeast, use 1 and 1/4 tsp))
30 g Sugar (2 1/2 tbsp)

Buttery Pull-Apart Dinner Rolls

Ingredients
10 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces, divided
1 large or 2 small garlic cloves, finely grated
¾ cup whole milk, divided
3 tablespoons plus 2¼ cups bread flour
1 ¼-ounce envelope active dry yeast (about 2¼ teaspoons)

Ingredients
1 cup warm milk
2 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
