Westchester Community Health Center is excited to offer the Freedom from Smoking Program developed by the American Lung Association proven to help you quit. Our next free 7-week session starts on Wednesday June 12 at WCHC Mount Vernon at 2 pm to 3 pm and goes on through July 31.
At the sessions, you will learn about medications to help you quit, lifestyle changes you can make, ways to avoid gaining weight, and how to stay smoke-free for good. As an extra inducement, participants will receive gift cards for completing the course!
