It’s time to get your creative minds to work on this year’s reflections entries. We welcome all students (Pk-8) to participate in the 2024-25 National PTA Reflections Art Competition. “Accepting Imperfection” is the 2024/2025 Reflections theme. Please go to the ParentSquare post to find out more information about creating your original Reflections entry. All artistic pieces need to be original works of art in one of the following categories: visual arts, photography, film production, dance choreography, literature or music composition. All artistic pieces are due by October 3, 2024. Entries can be emailed to [email protected] or dropped off in the front office.

PTA General Meeting, ES Back to School Night and Mandatory Play Meeting

On Monday, our teachers and staff were welcomed back to school with a wonderful lunch provided by PTA. A special thank you to Staff Appreciation co-chairs Esther Kim & Julie Tran, PTA President Stacy Stem, and TR parent Janelle Bradford!

Travis Ranch Middle School had an amazing 1st day of school today! Students were treated to popsicles at lunch then in the afternoon ended with our guest speaker Keith Hawkins encouraging us to Be Kind!

Wednesday - Aug 14th from 8am - 12pm - (8th Grade & 7th Grade A-L)
Thursday - Aug 15th from h8am - 12pm (7th Grade M-Z & 6th Grade)
If you can not attend those times, please come either day and we can accommodate you.

Makeup Day - Tuesday August 20th from 9am-11am in the main office.

You can pre-purchase ALL these items online and NOT have to wait in line by purchasing items through the district store. If you purchase online please bring your receipts with you to pick up your prepaid items.

We will accept cash, checks (Payable to TRMS ASB) and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Cash and checks are preferred.

*Student ID pictures/Yearbook Pictures will NOT be taken on the day of registration. Our picture day is Thursday, September 5, 2024.

Auditions for new members during Middle School Registration on Wednesday and Thursday 9-11.

Join us for a “Back to School” Angel’s game on Friday, September 13 at 6:30 PM. The Angel’s will take on the Astros and the first 25,000 fans will get a FREE Duck’s hat.

Congratulations to our 8th grade class on your promotion yesterday! We will miss you but wish you the very best in High School.

2nd Grade Park Day was an amazing day full of games, art, bubbles, pizza, and the best memories being made with good friends 🤩

Off to 6th…5th grade Celebration photos 🎉

Off to 6th …5th Grade Celebration at the Titan Room. A day filled with dancing, playing arcade games, bowling, playing pool and hanging with one another. These kids had a blast! A big thank you to PTA and all the parent volunteers for making it happen. Kudos to their Super Cool 5th Grade Teachers! A huge shoutout to our event chairs: Caley White, Kimmi Carlos, Kristen Dowdee, Jennifer Miller, Gloria Kravitz, Lisa French, and Stacy Stem. Thank you to Joslen Tripp for the amazing balloons, and to Porky’s Pizza for donating all the pizza.

Our 5th Graders will soon be moving onto Middle School. Here are some pictures they took today with their Kindergarten teachers Mrs. Thomas, Mrs. Does and Mrs. Mathewson.

Happy Monday from our Watch D.O.G.S.! We are so grateful for the amazing dads who volunteered this year!

Our final GATE academy of the year was held this last Friday with Ms. Taylor. Students designed and built their own miniature golf hole in one. Students had to incorporate two acute angles, one obtuse angle and an equilateral triangle. Excellent creativity was shown by all!
