Our Fall Menu is now live!

On June 5th, 2023, members of The First Post staff went to visit Hidden Still Spirits in Hershey to pick out our next barrel of bourbon. The process could not have been more fun, educational, and impressive.

After spending a few hours hand-selecting a barrel, touring the facility, and enjoying a delicious meal, we could not be happier to be working with the folks at Hidden Still Spirits.

We are excited to now be live with our new barrel of First Post Pennsylvania Straight Bourbon Whiskey, and for a limited time are running a special cocktail menu featuring our new barrel of bourbon. We hope to see you soon to try it out!

Support the local community by ordering a Tito's cocktail today! For the event duration, the Peach Pick from our cocktail menu will be made with Tito's Vodka. For every cocktail containing Tito's sold between August 1st - September 4th, Tito's will donate $1.00 to Give Local York. Come out and have some fun while giving back!

We're a little behind on posting, but our Summer Menu went live last week!

Edit: Thank you for your responses everyone! It is clear that there are a couple different beloved versions, so if you don't see your favorite on our next menu, keep your eye out for future menus!

First Post Patrons!

We are finalizing our Summer Menu over the next couple days, and we have a question for you. Whenever we post a new menu, we get several people asking us to bring back our "old" Brussels Sprouts Appetizer. The problem is, we have done several different versions, so we're not sure which version everyone is hoping for. We decided to ask on here, so please comment with you favorite version of our Brussels Sprouts Appetizer that you want to see back on the menu!

🍜Tonkatsu Ramen in a savory homemade broth, filled to the brim with crispy Japanese style porchetta, shiitake mushrooms, sweet corn, scallions, and soft boiled egg

Korean Baby Back Ribs - Slow cooked, char-grilled ribs with housemade Korean bbq sauce. Served on kimchi slaw and topped with scallions and fried soy onions.

Wild Halibut - Pan-seared halibut over king crab risotto, topped with arugula lemon pesto and a thin slice of crispy pancetta

Start with the grilled cornbread peach toast (drizzled with a delicious sweet tea syrup), then enjoy the braised short rib stroganoff. Available through Thursday!

This week's appetizer special: Crispy hand-breaded popcorn shrimp basket with seasoned shoestring fries and a roasted jalapeno cocktail sauce for dipping

Two of our talented cooks had the opportunity to show off their skills by making original creations for our weekly specials!

Jacob treats us to a perfectly snacky starter: lightly fried cheese curd bites with his own tangy buffalo aioli.
Rob presents a juicy sirloin steak covered in white peppercorn gravy and crispy cornbread crumbs. Underneath, you'll find tender smoked bacon collard greens, and on the side a flaky sweet potato and apple "pot pie".

Chili Mango Mahi-Mahi 🥭
Mahi-mahi with sweet chili mango sauce, macadamia and orange couscous, and tropical fruit salsa. A light and bright entrée available through Thursday

Our Chef has created two delicious dishes to tempt your palate this week. They are available until Thursday while supplies last, so reserve a table and get them before they're gone!

Featured Appetizer: White Sauce Veggie Flatbread - cauliflower, red pepper, basil, mozzarella, and parmesan, topped with fresh pesto

Featured Entree: Peach Bourbon Chilean Sea Bass - glazed with First Post select bourbon and Crown Royal Peach Whisky, served atop a mix of grilled peaches, feta, spinach, fingerling potatoes. Topped with blackberries and an edible flower 🌺

Start your meal with Coconut Shrimp on pineapple mango salsa with a piña colada dipping sauce.
