W.A.R.E and Siyanda Wellness have partnered to provide HACC students, staff, and faculty a Wellness Workshop designed specifically for women; "Where Women Bloom". This 2 hour workshop aims to empower women to embrace wellness activities that promote self-care and honor their journey as individuals. Through various activities such as sister healing circles, discussions, planting exercises, Afro Flow Yoga, meditation, and restorative yoga, participants will embark on a transformative journey towards holistic well-being. "Where Women Bloom" offers a unique opportunity for women to invest in their well-being, cultivate self-care practices, and connect with a supportive community. By embracing wellness activities and honoring their journey, participants will emerge from the workshop feeling empowered, rejuvenated, and inspired to continue blooming wherever life plants them.
Snacks and giveaways will be provided to all participants!

Afro Flow Yoga with Sheona Little
Feb. 6 & 20, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. – Evans PE Center Room 107 & Zoom
W.A.R.E welcomes all HACC students, Staff, Faculty to join this liberating and energizing Afro Flow Yoga class! The class will be instructed by M.Ed., Founder and Owner; Sheona Little. She is a Certified Afro Flow Yoga Teacher, Trauma Informed Yoga Specialist, Nutrition Specialist & Herbalist, Community Wellness Advocate, Student and Family Engagement FIT Coach. Afro Flow Yoga is a fun, energetic, yet relaxing way to experience traditional yoga infused with African dance. This type of yoga promotes healing, balance, joy, love and peace. People especially have enjoyed the benefits Afro Flow Yoga brings to the mind, body and soul. Afro Flow Yoga uses African dance, rhythms, spirituality and values of the African diaspora in an atmosphere where we celebrate, honor and respect our shared humanity. This class is open to all levels of yoga within a healing and non-judgmental environment. To participate, you’ll need comfortable clothes to move in. This class will leave you feeling energized, empowered and renewed!
