R.I.P. Gordon Lightfoot. As a kid from Cleveland who spent a lot of time on Lake Erie / The Great Lakes - The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald seemed like a song written for Great Lake locals. If you spent anytime on Lake Erie you knew how the weather and water conditions could change on a dime so the story of the Edmunds Fitzgerald was somehow relatable. Of course Gordon Lightfoot has many other great songs but that was my introduction and still the song that pulls at my heart strings every time I hear it.

New outboard rack by 💥 He actually finished it a while ago and I’ve just been waiting for some new gear to fill it with to share it. does great work and is a swell fella so I highly recommend him if you’re looking for some carpentry 🔨 meanwhile I still have about 8 spaces to fill in this rack so back to work we go!
