My dear friend Phaedra was recently in a really bad car accident. She suffered multiple broken bones and is being cared for by family and friends as she recovers after a week in the hospital.

We have started a go fund me to help her pay her mortgage until she can work again. Every little bit helps.

Let’s come together during this time, as she recovers day by day with the love of friends and strangers let’s show her how much we care 💫

My mother always told me, let it flow. Let the river go where it wants to go. She would always remind me of this truth when I was going through a big life transition.

Looking back, she was teaching me about surrender. She was teaching me about TRUST.

Some of the biggest and scariest life pivots have turned into my greatest Blessings.

We are here to feel it all, we are here to experience it all. It’s how our energy flows. We signed up for this, To have a human experience.

I wrote this poem in Taos, NM. I hope it serves as a gentle reminder from nature. May we all embrace this journey.

I often get asked: How do chakras become out of alignment, and what are some things that I can do to keep them balanced after a reiki session? I love these visualizations from

In a reiki session, a practitioner can use a pendulum to actually see the energy centers movement to identify a blockage. They can then use intention to physically move the chakra back into alignment.  In my practice, I always start a session this way. Similar to turning on a hose with a kink, the water will struggle to flow. It is the same with energy. Blockages are not bad, we all tend to have some from this human experience, but we feel a whole lot better when things are in flow.

3.13.19 Today I celebrate 3 years of home ownership.

For years I had been in the desert, but owning a house seemed out of reach. With every odd stacked against me, this entire process taught me the meaning of the word Faith. There were moments I didn’t think it would happen, but when you ask the universe for assistance and do things for a purpose much larger than yourself things align.

Today with immense gratitude I look back at memories of early days here, and how far I’ve come.

Big shout out to for making the impossible happen and getting me this loan, to for encouraging me that I could do anything I put my mind to, & to - without you none of this would be possible🙏Finally to my father who has been my rock and remodeling king helping me make this house into a home 🏡

Your reality is limited only by your imagination ✨

✨Similar to the 8 limbs of Yoga, Reiki also has its own set of principles to live by.

💫Dr. Usui, the founder of Usui Reiki taught these mantras as a guide to living mindfully in the present moment.

🪶Living mindfully helps us stay in alignment energetically.

🙌🏼Sometimes falling out of balance happens. Childhood trauma, and the taxes of adulting can weigh on even the best of us. A reiki session can be beneficial in the release of trapped emotions stored in the body to help you get back on track.

People always ask me, “How did you do that? 🪄
Do what you just did while I was on the table?”

Some people have such profound experiences during a reiki session without the use of substances that they can’t believe it.

I always answer the same way. “It’s not me who is doing anything. I’m simply serving as the vessel for this energy to come through me to help you heal yourself.”

(Practice and getting attuned as a Master certainly didn’t hurt 😉 )

We all have a gift to share with the 🌎 Joy comes in the giving 🧘🏻‍♀️

✨Tarot is a beautiful system that uses a set of cards to gain insight regarding areas in our lives that we would like guidance in.

This can include questions about relationships, opportunities, and life changes such as career. It helps us unlock our higher selves and feel supported.

I love the non traditional decks I use in the studio.

I don’t pull a single card. Rather, I guide you on how to work with the deck yourself, to receive the guidance you need. We set an intention before selecting a card with eyes closed.

It often serves as a confirmation to themes that the reiki session worked on healing.
For example, if someone has a throat chakra blockage that releases, they will almost always pull a card pertaining to speaking their truth. The cards in this way serve as affirmations that the divine is always with us ✨⭐️
