Good news bad news. Good news we are back and ready to start training again. Bad news I still don't have my truck I can carpool one person on Wednesday so let me know if I need to come to that area if not just heads up for future Wednesday Trainings

Carpool tomorrow who's in

Practice is still ago wednesday as of today but check tomorrow if trainees call out in vv then practice will be cancelled I'm checking right now who's gonna be there so the carpool doesn't waste gas or time.

Practice was cancelled today. There is a class tomorrow but I can't provide the carpool option and Sunday is still a go to those who want to learn. I hope to see everyone next week tho!

OK once again we are back. Carpool this Wednesday is scheduled so I'll be at subway this Wednesday at 1230 to 1 and the carpool will leave 115 promptly if you don't respond to this message I'll assume no one is coming and will plan my day accordingly thank you :)

Practice is on this Wednesday. So carpool is back and will be passing by between 1230 to 1 at subway and will leave at 115 from Cat city. So if you are in the palm desert area and would like to come to practice LET ME KNOW thank you!

Class is officially cancelled due to the fire we are sorry and hope u do some film study work on promos workout at a gym and continue to grow without the ring.

Wednesdays practice in victorville is currently cancelled due to a fire in the area. We will update tonight around 730 if that changes but as of this morning tomorrow's carpool and class in vv is cancelled.

A month ago I mentioned that we are setting up a carpool to head to the advanced class in victorville. Good news today was a successful trial run so I'd say starting next week if ud like to continue ur training but don't want to drive so far I'll pass by to pick you up between 1245 and 115 near the freeway in cat city. Next week let's try to make ur dr3ams come true!

Well a few months has gone by and i want to give everyone a quick update! 1. Part of Team High DF is on injury leave unfortunately and thats why you haven't heard of possible continued trainings, because the ring is at my house and i dont have the strength to lift it build it roll or bump. however you can get continued trainings at Rudy's school affailiated with aow in Victorville. If you would like to catch a ride to Rudy's school and live in the Palm Desert area. Please hit this site up and we will see if we can organize a car pool. Trainings are 3 to approx six so the car pool will have to leave at 115 from the Cathedral area and will return that night at around 8 pm.
