The feds are expected to lower interest rates 1/4 of a point at their next meeting. So that is good news. However according to days business report that is not expected to last and they may go back up. So if your ready to buy lets do it.

With August coming up Here are some maintenance tips for home owners. Check your patio / deck for needed repairs. Is it ready for the end of summer parties. Check for leaky pipes. A walk around the house is a good way to see what may be leaking. Clean your ceiling fans. It is amazing how much dust they can collect. Also how about that patio furniture etc. Is it in good condition. One last note is your house ready for winter?

The feds are hinting at an interest rate reduction by the end of the year. I wonder if it will happen. Does anyone have any inside knowledge about it.

With summer coming up make sure to be prepared for the heat. Water, sun shade, and survival blankets (they reflect the sun) cell phone charger at least.

The fed decided not to raise interest rates for now. That is kind of good news. Will interest rats come down is the question. My guess yes but not for awhile.

With interest rates showing signs of going back up it is a good time to get qualified for a home loan and buy something now. If rates do go back down you can always refi them if you think it is worth it.

It has been a long time since I have posted anything, Life events for me have not been good. This makes me want to post a word of caution. Make sure your affairs are in order so they do nit==ot have to deal with the aftermath of having a court decide what is best.
