40 HOURS MINIMUM W/ OT AVAILABLE WHILE WORK LOAD PERMITS.

Communication, or shall I say, EFFECTIVE communication is so important to our every day business. The English/Spanish language barrier is an obstacle that we face everyday around our company, but in an attempt to take a more proactive approach and face it head on, we have started offering in-house ESL (English as a Second Language) classes to employees. This is the trial test group hard at work and though we are only a few weeks in, we have already noticed a difference around the office and out in the field. It’s exciting to see some of the next generation of leaders throughout the company diligently working to better themselves. It puts a huge smile on our faces seeing them coming back each week for more.
