The taste is of sparkling, tangy fruit acid, which is surrounded by a soft sweetness and is rounded by a noble hop bitterness in the finish.

Intense purple with violet tones. Aromas of red berries, plums, cherries and raisins, highlighted by notes of toast, coconut and vanilla from aging in new French oak barrels. A sweet flavor entry, soft and intense tannins that give creaminess, volume and meatiness with a pleasant and persistent finish. ($10 by the glass)

A dark ruby core that lightens at the rim of the glass with aromatic with ripe red and black cherry notes, cigar box, and toasted oak and savory elements of vanilla and caramel, and hints of cocoa. The fresh midpalate turns savory with dried herbs, barrel spice, and vanilla supported by smooth tannins. The complex finish shows lingering ripe red and black fruit and spice mixed with dark caramel, dried floral notes, and mint elements. ($12 by the glass)
