Productive last couple days. My buyers made a tough choice today. We were under contract on a home and some things came up during the home inspection. My buyers were still in there due diligence period or inspection period and gave the sellers an opportunity to remedy some of the items that came up during the home inspection. Sellers responded and were willing to do some of the repairs but not all. The decision was up to my buyers. We scheduled a few showings and ended finding a home and got on offer accepted just in time to cancel the other home during my buyers inspection period. Which means they get their deposit back and are able to use the money for the deposit on their new home. They are happy I am happy it’s been a great last couple days.
