We listed the house February 29th (leap year) 2 days later March 2nd my friends and sellers of this home had their wedding and got married 👩‍❤️‍👨 💕. We almost had a showing everyday for like two weeks. They did great and had the home ready for showings every day before leaving for the day.

After the home being on the market for two weeks the home goes under contract with a two weeks close of escrow. It was time to start packing. In the middle of moving out my friends also celebrated their daughter’s birthday last week 🎉🎈🎊.

Finally we closed yesterday just in time to celebrate the new brides birthday.
