A common misconception is that brick is structural. It’s usually a veneer with air space between the brick and lumber that allows any moisture absorbed by the brick to drain and be expelled through weep holes at the bottom, avoiding contact with the lumber and waterproof membrane.

Feeling very thankful for one of our first clients. They were great to work with, had an eye for detail, & willing to work alongside designers to create their very own Heirloom.
