We are thrilled to announce the publication of a research paper written by a professor of Business School, Indira Abdullaeva, titled « The Impediments to the Process of Implementing Robotics in the School Education Sytem in Uzbekistan», published in SAGE OPEN (ranking Q1, Impact factor: 2.2).

This research paper explores various challenges experienced in integrating robotics into the education system of Uzbekistan. These impediments include technological infrastructure, constraints regarding finance, importance of teacher training, curriculum development, and socio- economical aspects of robotics education.

🌟 Recently, our CAU examiner conducted an inspiring lecture for the teachers at Euroasia School!

📚 The lesson focused on «6 Principles for Exemplary Teaching of English Learners» with insights from a TESOL tutor. Our examiner explained various activities beneficial for future career paths and described how to engage and collaborate within community practice. One of the highlights was learning to teach with Jigsaw 🧩 reading models.

👏 The workshop was a huge success, with teachers gaining high qualifications and valuable experience. There was also an enriching exchange of practices and skills between the Eurоаsia Teachers and our CAU Examiner.

CAU Representatives Engage in an Erasmus+ Conference
 
We are pleased to announce that on May 23-24, 2024, representatives from the CAU Research Center and Business School, Dr. Sardor Azam, Mrs. Janar Abuova, and Dr. Shoirakhon Odilova, actively participated in an Erasmus+conference and coordinators’ meeting hosted by Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute, our esteemed partner within the Erasmus+ Project EMPOWER.
The conference, centered around enlightening discussions, delved into case studies highlighting the inspiring life journeys and business experiences of six influential women entrepreneurs in Uzbekistan.
 
As the lead coordinator of the project, CAU conducted a coordinators’ meeting on the second day to discuss project working packages, implementation strategies, and outline future steps for progress. Esteemed representatives from consortium members, such as the Technical University of Dresden (Germany) and Varna University of Management (Bulgaria), as well as local universities from Tashkent, Namangan, and Bukhara, actively participated in the conference, enhancing the collaborative atmosphere.

The CirculEC project aims to introduce innovative courses on circular economy and sustainable development at local education levels, addressing labor market needs and environmental challenges in Central Asian countries.

Central Asian University Dental Students Shine at the World Dental Conference in Bangkok Presenting Their Research Findings in International Platform.

Under the guidance of our esteemed Dean of Dental School, Prof.Dr.Niladri Maiti, our Dental students, Madinabonu Mirsaidova and Dilorom Hoshimjonova presented their research in the prestigious World Dental Conference in the vibrant city of Bangkok, Thailand. Their exceptional dedication not only led them to participate but also to present their cutting-edge research work, captivating the audience and leaving a lasting impact on the dental community.

Madinabonu presented her research on the topic ‘Surprise Gift from Nature - Natal Teeth’ emphasizing the importance of exploring natal teeth in-depth, covering their history, etiology, diagnosis, management, and potential complications. Dilorom, on the other hand, shared her insights on ‘Your Mouth is the Mirror to Your Body’ , shedding light on the intricate relationship between tooth-organ meridians in (TCM) and its impact on Dentistry.
The panel of jury included International Professors of Dentistry like Dr.Suher Baker from Portland State University, United States, Dr.Alan Jeroff from University of British Columbia, Canada, Prof.Dr.Robertha Tulio from Brazil, Prof.Dr. Sabbagh from Germany and many others have judged the research work of our dental students.
Their contributions exemplified our institution’s commitment to nurturing future leaders in Dentistry.
