It was the turn of the excited batch 12. Graduation day of the E's Catering and Decor cake and pastry course quickly approached. It was the eleventh(11) graduation where 17 persons who began this course graduated including one male and the youngest female - 10 years old. To date a total of 270 persons were successful. Thanks be to God, my team (staff), church, family, friends and well wishers. A huge congratulation to batch 12. May excellence and prosperity overrun you.

On the 10th November, 2022 BATCH 12 completed their cake and pastry course bringing the total to 270 students graduated from this course. CONGRATS TO YOU ALL, YOU DID IT!!

CLASS COMMENCEMENT
The students who will be attending the upcoming cake and pastry class commencing on Monday September 5th, 2022, please note you are only required to bring along a pen/pencil as it's a theory day. Handouts will be provided. For this class only we will commence at 4:30pm. All other classes begin at 4pm. Looking forward meeting and working with you.
The persons who received registration forms please return the completed forms to Mrs Homer upstairs Laynes department store by Friday September 2nd, 2022 God willing with a copy of your payment slip attached.
Registration forms are available and can be had from Mrs Ruan Homer upstairs Laynes department store. Persons whose names were on the waiting list, please collect as well. Some persons on the list have dropped out therefore a few more forms are available. Kindly take your form fee of $25.00 to collect same. Please return forms soonest to Mrs Homer. A deposit of half or full fee is required to keep spot.
IT IS HERE AGAIN!! The new cake and pastry course runs this season from September 5th to October 31st, 2022. Please note that all places have been taken however interested persons can have their names placed on the waiting list. Persons who should be collecting registration forms will be able to collect them by Wednesday 10th August from Mrs Homer upstairs Laynes department store

GRADUATION DAY (June 30th, 2022): certificates presented by Mrs Mason - 25 out of the 27 persons eligible to graduate turned up. 28 persons enrolled.
