A building where its form and materials contrast the surroundings and make it stand out. A heavy and firm façade in a sterotomic way guard the interior from the outside, making it a contrasting but enriching duality sinergy between both spaces.

The Crown of Vistamar
Design proposal for a FIFA certified urban stadium for 45.000 viewers, with the hability to host football games, concerts & other events. while taking advantages of the sunset views & sea breeze of Puerto Cabello's shore.
The whole complex is located on a 20 hectare irregular piece of land constituted by a Stadium, public park, lifestyle mall and half-buried parking that make the whole site available for visiting year round becoming an icon for the city, state and country.

Casa Meus Amores cuartos multimedia.
Cuarto de Cinema
En esta colaboración con se decidio por darle al cliente unos espacios multimedia que sorprendieran al pasar cerca de ellos. Destacando 2 cosas: la permeabilidad y la obstruccion visual, de acuerdo al uso.
En el caso del cinema se opto por la privacidad y lo hermético del espacio. Donde la película/serie se pueda disfrutar sin ninguna interrupcion del exterior, ni visual ni acústica. Donde el foco principal es el TV y la iluminacion infunda de teatralidad al espacio.
Con la paleta de colores se buscar es mantener el la conexión madera-cemento-negro el cual le da esa personalidad sobria y severa con la elegancia que busca el cliente.
La iluminacion busca destacar dramaticamente los diferentes elementos y areas del espacio, Manteniendo la calidez propia de un hogar.

Casa Meus Amores cuartos multimedia.
Estudio privado de sampling.
En esta colaboración con se decidio por darle al cliente unos espacios multimedia que sorprendieran al pasar cerca de ellos. Destacando 2 cosas: la permeabilidad y la obstruccion visual, de acuerdo al uso.
En el caso del estudio de sampleo se decidio que fuera ese elemento que captara la atencion y brindara una sensacion de amplitud adicional al pasillo de acceso.
La seleccion materiales se destaca por sus propiedades acusticas (amortiguar el sonido) tales como paneles de espuma, vinilos tipo madera, y paneles irregulares de corcho, que envuelven las paredes.
Con la paleta de colores se buscar es mantener el la conexión madera-cemento-negro el cual le da esa personalidad sobria y severa con la elegancia que busca el cliente.
La iluminacion busca destacar dramaticamente los diferentes elementos y areas del espacio, Manteniendo la calidez propia de un hogar.
