Beginning November in St. Thomas is always nice, but an 11/1 meal at Gladys Cafe is fabulous. Folks off the ship and staying at Sapphire got to share fun facts over great food at the newly refurbished iconic restaurant. "The Conch Fritters were heavenly light and the Callaloo Soup became a new favorite."

If you can’t get it from a tree, here’s an option to sink your teeth into a delicious mango... cake.

E’s Garden Teahouse and Things is where you can get a scrumptious bite of this beauty.

It's a family affair at Gladys' Cafe. This group enjoyed Pina Coladas sitting at the bar, surrounded by the fruits and veggies that would become tomorrow's fresh ingredients. Mom & Dad stayed by the pool but they all came back to Gladys' the very next day.... too much fun... almost!
