Our Story

SEAclusion - St. John is a luxury vacation rental villa with two identical master king bedroom suites featuring awesome views of Coral Bay and the BVI from each.

The two level all masonry villa features wrap around decks/verandas on both levels offering panoramic views of the island from sunrise to sunset. Complete with in ground concrete swimming pool, a/c throughout, and a roof top terrace. The villa is located close to the intersection of Hwy 10 & Hwy 20 atop Ajax Peak, on a fully paved drive with a gated security entrance to the property. Its location provides quick access to the north shore beaches along Hwy 20, as Maho Beach is less than a 5 minute drive away! It's central island location allows for easy access to both Coral Bay and Cruz Bay via Hwy 10.

SEAclusion sleeps two couples comfortably with two master bedroom suites & living areas with wireless internet and satellite TV on each level of the villa, but all under one roof (great for families with children). Additional accommodations for a third couple, or adult children and/or parents are available on a queen sofa sleeper in one of the living room areas.
