It’s a passive spinal rotation. With a help of strap, it’s easier to rotate more, as which is Create stretch into biceps muscle sort head, shoulder muscle deltoids, external obliques , Pectorals major , Latissimus dorsi, Serratus anterior, re**us abdominal.

Good morning to the world
I am Sharing a short Article on Back bend
In My Opinion Yoga backbends are one of the main categories of yoga poses.
It being challenging when you push your limits backwards. Our spine a bit familiar to fold front, but for back fold it has responsibility for internal organs and vertebrae of the spine and disc and all.
But, it has possibilities to be familiar fold as front way. For that we need have certain practice in safe way.
ld has more chances of injuries but as well as useful benefits too.
Practicing backbends open up the front body and improve the mobility of your lumbar and thoracic spine. Backbends need to be balanced with an equal amount of quantity and intensity of forward bending yoga poses.
Counter pose helps to reduce muscular pain or stretch. it could be beneficial for your safe practice.
All you need having a well experienced guru

Have you ever attempted the yoga pose known as Eka Pada Raja- kapotasana, known as King Pigeon?
In this pose, you balance on a bent leg, while reaching behind you to pull the opposite leg up – all while putting an arch in your back. It looks similar to a mermaid on a beach and is quite elegant.
The challenge is when you straighten your leg behind and get in complete arch. The pose requires a lot of openings in your body, flexiblity, and calmness. Without these qualities, you could hurt yourself, or simply fall out of balance.
Before attempting this variation, you need to be very careful. Make sure your warming up sequence should be more advance and safe.
When you feel confidence enough then first try your best then repeat to make it sharper practice.

Eka Pada Viparita Dandasana (One-Legged Inverted Staff Pose) 👌🏻
The Backbending Adventure🍃🍃🍃🍃🍃🍃🍃🍃🍃🍃
Forward bending is familiar; we do it over and over every day. So while forward bending in yoga may be uncomfortable if we have tight hips or hamstrings, it generally isn’t scary. Bending backward, on the other hand, isn’t so familiar. It can be a little frightening and uncomfortable for many of us. It’s a bit of an adventure.
Let them practice with sweat.
It’s progressive.
The postures I have chosen to lead up to Eka Pada Viparita Dandasana will help us reverse our forward-bending habit and prepare to voyage into the unknown. The four preliminary postures we will explore are Supta Virasana (Reclining Hero Pose), Urdhva Dhanurasana (Upward Bow Pose), Sirsasana (Headstand), and Dwi Pada Viparita Dandasana (Two-Legged Inverted Staff Pose). All of these poses stretch and open the front of the bodyespecially the thighs, chest, and shouldersreadying us for the adventure of Eka Pada Viparita Dandasana.

Benefits🌸
This pose is a fantastic combination of binding, twisting and lunging. The bound hands mean that the shoulders and chest enjoy a lovely opening. Extended Bound Revolved Side Angle is a great asana for strengthening the lower body. The inclusion of the twisting action in the pose aids in lengthening the spine as well as helping with digestion. In addition, the twisting action brings awareness to the Manipura Chakra, meaning this is a pose that creates a sense of power, strength and fire.
Common Mistakes 🌝
Balance can be a challenge in this pose, try widening the stance to find more stability in the lower body.
Be aware of the neck and keep it in one line with the spine.
The hip of the front leg has a tendency to move back and out as we rotate and bind in the pose; keep awareness on drawing the front hip back and back hip forward finding balance in the pelvis.
Tips for Extended Bound Revolved Side Angle 👈🏻
Warming up with preparatory poses such as Parivrtta Utkatasana, Parivrtta Anjaneyasana, and Parivrtta Trikonasana will help greatly with the rotation through the spine as well as waking up strength in the lower body.
Be mindful of lengthening the spine while binding the hands; avoid compromising the spine for the bind.
Breathe! Keep the breath flowing and use it as a communicator for understanding how far to progress into the pose.
If the opposite upper arm can’t come to the outside of the knee, try one of the other variations of this pose (Prayer Twist, Hand To Mat Twist) and progress slowly to this variation.
