Aum Yoga we offer traditional Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga as taught authentic traditionally in India, as well as Gentle Flow yoga classes. All Classes are suitable for beginners and advanced yoga practitioners.

Wow 🤩 remind me when I was around the people who was training under my Guru and I tried to copy them.
My Guru get impressed with it and he suggested me to learn Yoga and after 2 years I join him for my training.

Breath is a vital component of the respiratory system, which is responsible for the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the body. we inhale, our lungs fill with air, and oxygen is carried from the lungs to the rest of the body through our bloodstream. we exhale, carbon dioxide is released from the body. Breathing is an automatic process controlled by the brain and is essential to life. However, we can also use breathing techniques and exercises to improve our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Pranayama practice help us to make control breathing and expand the life. 🙏🕉️🙏
