The company is looking for an excavation foreman who can plan and direct utility excavation projects for our water and electricity network laying projects and customer connections to the water grid.
⚠️ The person will conduct and lead the working crew to complete the digging and refill project on time and according to requirements and standards.
⚠️ The foreman will be responsible for the crew's overall safety and supervising heavy-duty machinery operation.
⚠️ Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
⚠️ Delegate general and daily responsibilities.
⚠️ Be physically adept at working alongside the team while managing them
⚠️ Ensure manpower and resources are adequate.
⚠️ Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
⚠️ Supervise machinery & equipment.
⚠️ Resolve issues as they arise.
⚠️ The person will be in direct contact with our contractor, the project manager.

The profile required is as follows:
✅ Experience in team management. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
✅ Three years’ experience in managing a construction team and proven experience as an Excavation & Utility Foreman.
✅ Ability to anticipate the needs of tools and supplies for said works in advance.
✅ Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.
✅ Experience in field work
✅ Must have a valid driving license with common, motor and heavy duty vehicle on it.
✅ Someone who is punctual, dynamic and autonomous
must have a VNPF
✅ Someone that speaks Bislamar and English

Salary: 150.000vt per month.
