Key qualities we are looking for:

- Qualifications and/or relevant work experience with leading digital design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Able to quickly design new and modify existing artwork.
- Ideally, some experience operating digital production equipment - it would be great if you have experience with colour control and impositions.
- Great teamwork and collaboration skills, including working with and/or supervising operators.
- Understanding of inline and offline finishing methods.
- Excellent communication skills.

Red Ginger (Alpinia purpurata), also called Ostrich Plume and Pink Cone Ginger, are native Samoan plants with showy flowers on long brightly colored red bracts. They look like the bloom, but the true flower is the small white flower on top. It is found in Samoa, where it is the national flower, and is locally called "teuila".
