Our focus in 2022 was investing in our sister company, Tech Frame Deutschland GmbH, we made a huge progress by building a network for future cooperations.
We also delivered our SaaS Digital Product ONERI, to our potential clients in Germany. We onboarded our first client and we are looking forward to onboarding more. Our trusted US, UK, and DACH clients are in line with the milestones and achievements, and we are happy to welcome new challenges that will come in 2023.

2022 marks the first full year of operation for TECH FRAME Deutschland GmbH. We started with the clear vision of helping companies with their digital transformation and digitalization of operative processes in order to achieve operational efficiency.
Throughout the year, we have had the pleasure of working with many successful companies. In addition, we launched a SaaS product for the DACH market with the goal of helping companies maximize their sales results.
This marks the beginning of our journey toward great success.

For our client in the UK we are looking to hire a Resource Manager. Description of position and industry as below:
Construction business’s engage with us to supply both blue and white collar contingent and permanent resource for their projects. This role includes market research and list building, cold calling and cold emailing, as well as social selling with a focus on LinkedIn. In the first instance you will also be required to resource for the construction projects in the UK and support our UK based sales team. In short, we do the time consuming, grinding, tedious work of cold outreach that includes a steady diet of voicemail hell, angry gatekeepers, and rejection – so we can find the very best resource for our client’s projects. You will be speaking with both blue and white contractors registering the data and find intel from their current contract to feed back to the UK sales team in the way of lead generation. There will be an element of the work that will require you to populate our CRM with all relevant information for the contractor.
About your role:
As a Customer Resource Manager in our team, you will be responsible for:
• Managing the Business Resource Team
• Managing several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients
• Developing long-lasting relationships with contractors, through managing and interpreting their requirements into well-architected solutions
• Proactively working to understand and address the consultants’ needs by listening to their issues and suggestions, and providing feedback to their requests
• Managing leads’ quality control and lead generation processes
• Copywriting: phone scripts, emails, and other sales messages
• Analyzing and interpreting data
• Operating our CRM software and ensuring all contractor information is kept up to date
• Proactively presenting enhancement ideas to the consultants
• Soliciting customer feedback and working with the Business Development Team to drive the work plan ex*****on and meets customer and business needs
• Working hours: UK Time Zones (Monday to Friday)
Requirements:
• 1+ year sales management or account management experience in the
marketing industry
• Excellent written and spoken English, with outstanding communications skills
• Tech-savvy
• Positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills and ability to drive several accounts at once
• Entrepreneurial mindset (ability to understand different business models in a short period of time)
• Professional approach
• Strong negotiation skills
