Torque vs Turn Computer Monitoring:
TMT uses the highest quality equipment in monitoring makeup/breakout of your connection. All makeup graphs are presented in a PDF file format upon completion of the order or as needed throughout the order process. Raw Data Points are available upon request for R&D orders. TMT holds a strict calibration schedule for our equipment that meets or exceeds API Specs. Connection Cleaning/Compound (re)application for customer thread inspection or for rig prep (Pin/Box Protector Cleaning Services). TMT uses environmentally safe cleaning solutions in which all used cleaning solutions are contained and brought back to our facility to be recycled. Rig Prep can include end drift or full length drifting when requested. Laser Tally/ID Gauging:
TMT offers Laser Tally and ID Gauging Services using the highest caliber equipment. This equipment is stored in our Climate Controlled Gauge Room at our Manufacturing Facility. A single easy to read MS Excel spreadsheet file is produced for either service, or one file for both services. The equipment is required to be calibrated annually, but TMT verifies calibration before every order begins, as well as when the equipment returns from the job site. TMT has two skid mounted saws capable of sawing diameters with up to a 22” OD. These skid mounted saw units have their own power units and hydraulic roller systems that can be brought to your facility for end cut or any other sawing needs. These units are heavy (approx. 20,000 lbs) and require a forklift with preferably a 30,000 lb capacity (if the forklift has clamps, they must be able to open to 90 degrees). TMT has a large forklift available to be brought out for unloading/loading of saw units at additional trucking charges. Stable ground is required for unit location so that it can be leveled out for square cuts.

We are currently in the process of becoming API licensed which should be completed during the 1st quarter of 2016.

6.5 Acre Pipe Yard:
Our 6.5 acre pipe yard is stabilized for trucking and forklift traffic and is ready to store your material at a competitive rate. This pipe yard is also utilized in conjunction with our Service Facility Operations for bucking material that might be larger than our smaller service facility can accommodate. We have a Hyundai Forklift with a 30,000 lb lifting capacity and a 200’ service pipe rack, in addition to the multiple rows of material storage racks. Material Identification:

Material Saw Cutting:
TMT as four Hydmech H22 saws capable of cutting material with an OD up to 22”. Two of these saws are located in house and two are mounted on portable skids in our pipe yard. Espirit Cam software with two axis x and z turning. 2014 version:
TMT uses the highest quality software to take your prints from paper to our CNC Units. With 3D Modeling, we can run through the entire CNC process virtually, before the program is delivered to the CNC Units. This allows for opportunities to make whatever changes needed to the processes before production begins to assure a quality product is being machined. The software’s 3D Modeling allows TMT to get an estimated run time for each process of production allowing faster feedback for estimated time of delivery of the finished product. This software is expandable beyond 2 axis programming and will be expanded as future multi-axis CNC Mills are added to TMT’s current lineup of units. CNC Turning Centers:
TMT’s MFG facility currently houses six CNC Turning Centers (four horizontal spindle units and two dual spindle vertical units) for all of your OD/ID turning needs. (2) DMC 45L Long Bed Turning Centers: 18” Chucks: 4” Thru Hole Capability: 76” max length between centers

TMT can help with your R&D projects! With precision machining, material tolerances are kept within .001” of spec. Gauging/Inspection:
Do you need gauging equipment calibrated? Our climate controlled gauge room houses a Gagemaker Mic Trac system allowing TMT to calibrate not only our gauges in house, but we offer calibration services for our customers as well. TMT’s inspection of material is held to the highest standards and can accommodate all of your material inspection needs throughout the order process. Wet Mag Partical Testing available onsite (this process is outsourced.) Material Coating:
TMT has just added Phosphate tanks to take care of your material coating needs in either Zinc or Manganese Phosphate coatings. Copper and Tin Plating (outsourced)

Material Shipping Preparation:
TMT has a pallet wrapping unit which allows us to shrink wrap your completed material. All pallets are labeled detailing the material description, pertinent customer information required, and quantity of pieces per pallet. Free Delivery of Finished Products (within the greater Houston Area). TMT has an International delivery truck with a 24’ bed which allows us to deliver finished products to your facility upon completion of the order or throughout the order process as needed.
