Our *Bible* lesson taught us that God made animals on day 6 of creation.
Our *Science* lesson taught us that some animals are wild, some are pets, and some are farm animals.
Our Gems learned the names of some animals. Examples:
A male chicken is a c**k.
A female chicken is a hen.
A baby chicken is a chick.
Our *Social Studies* lesson taught us that animals do different work. Example: Camels carry loads.
In *LanguageArts*, our Gems differentiate the animals from big and small.

One of my favorite things within Montessori is the *built-in control of error*. For my little Gems, it's most prevalent now in Practical Life. The control of error for Pouring Grains is grains on the tray. A child has a natural tendency for exploration, therefore spills are okay and need to be handled.
Teaching the child how to handle their messes effectively is one of the main aims of practical life.
She has to pick all the grains one by one.

Pouring grains, according to Maria Montessori, helps a child in the movement of the fingers, eye-hand coordination, and also adaptation to the environment.

*Coding and Robotics Club*
The class was fun as our Gems learned how to build a robotic tricycle. Robotics enhances their innovative abilities and builds creativity.

Learning was fun as our Grade 1 Gems brainstormed using the game,*Spill the Bean* to review subtraction problems in Math class.

*Science Experience.* Plants grow in nature, on a farm, in a garden, and the house. There are different types of plants small plants, big plants, and special plants. Small plants like grass grow in many places. Grass grows from seeds. Our Grade 1 Gems on nature work observing what they have learned in the classroom.

* Activity*
At Risingems Schools, during our topic, "The Eye under Sense Organ", our Grade 2 Gems learned about *Helps for the Eye.*
In our experiment, our GEMS looked through a microscope to see tiny things we can not see with our ordinary eyes and magnifying glass to see small objects. With this, they realized that the eye sometimes needs help to see things.

*Activity: Spooning*
Spooning is one of the Montessori activity(Practical Life). It helps the child's eye-hand coordination. Repetition of the activity builds the child's concentration and also help in their wrist and hand development.
Good evening parent. Trust you had a good day.
Our Math lesson today was on Fahrenheit Temperature. An experiment was carried out to further broaden their knowledge and improves their understanding on the topic. This experiment helps my Gems to know the degree of:
#: Hot water
#: ice water
#:tap water
#: room temperature.
In Physical Education, our Pre-K 4 Gems had a *Balance Beam Exercise*.
