Full moon blessings

Good morning beautiful souls 🤗

With this card you are being given the all clear from the universe to release from your energy field any low vibrations, dramas, people or situations that you know are no longer serving you or themselves. This is the perfect time to cut any connections that have been draining your energy. This can include resentments, concerns or judgements that you have been holding.

This may mean you will decide you need to talk things through and offer the hand of peace. You may be thinking it should be offered to you and be wary about re-engaging with someone.

“I lovingly cut the cords to unnecessary situations, dramas and people.”

Protect and nourish your energy 🥰

Doing what we do best, helping people to be the best versions of themselves so they can lead our young people by example. & What a line up to be named alongside!

If we don’t know, we’ll find the answer.. 🙌🏼

One thing we pride ourselves on at RE:Academy is how quick we will ask for help, especially when we aren’t certain of the answers 🙌🏼

Our main objective is to provide the best possible service to our members and having someone like from in our corner can help us improve our standards within the Academy 🏆

All to often coaches have a fear of reaching out for help, because they believe they need to have all the answers.. But the reality is we can’t!

When you’re working with so many different people, it helps to have a network of experts who are passionate about helping people but also have the qualifications to do so safely ❤️

Over the past 12 months we’ve worked closely with to make sure we can safely train and empower ladies within RE:Academy💗

If you’re a coach and you are reading this, our inbox is always open 🤝

In the words of “Strength in numbers” 👏🏼

P’S thank you to for inviting me back 14 years later to help them understand the importance of prioritising their own health and well being ❤️

What is it about holiday time?

We crave time out, rest, freedom from the clock.
But when we get it, we don’t know what to do with ourselves?

Can anyone resonate?

Tonight I was finding it hard to switch off, so I turned to the old faithful, deep breathing and it came to me. My body doesn’t recognise this routine (or lack of) so it’s making up stories/making noise to emulate the busyness it knows so well… a comfort spot if you like.

When I sat with this realisation and accepted it for what it is, it immediately lifted.

I felt compelled to write about it because for some reason people may think - oh, she’s a yoga teacher she must be so zen all the time.

The truth is, I’m not and we are not supposed to be either. In yoga I have found the means & methods to bring myself back to center and therein lies the magic.

Only a few years ago I would have stayed in this ‘state’ for days, self-sabotaging during the holidays in an attempt to self-sooth by creating busyness and pace in order to feel ‘safe’ as my body and mind were more comfortable there. calmness, quiet, slow was not familiar. Always ending in exhaustion, ironic right?

However, now that I create pockets of peace in my day frequently, my body quickly recognises the signal and the breath indicates the nervous system to relax.

So you see, with yoga it’s more than the movement and meditation, we are rewiring our nervous system one conscious breath at a time.

Slow down
Settle into the holiday season
Seek silence & serenity in small doses
Sleep soundly

Namaste 🙏

The butterfly is a beautiful symbol of the physical manifestation of transformation. Think of all of the stages of development that a butterfly goes through before emerging into its fullest potential:

Starts as an egg
⬇️
Born a caterpillar
⬇️
Creates a cocoon
⬇️
Emerges as a Butterfly
⬇️
Butterfly lays eggs
⬇️
The cycle begins again

Think of all of the times in your life when you were an egg - not just as a baby or child, but when you were in the very beginning stages of creating something. And then when you entered into that something, and became a caterpillar - exploring, discovering, and interacting with the world. And then think about when you entered a cocoon - a period of hibernation for whatever reason, or a time of inner exploration. And finally when a life cycle manifested into its fullest expression.

We can look at the journey of our lives over and over again through this lens, and realize that we are always in the process of a transformation. And that all too often we want things to stay just as they are, not embracing the change because we are comfortable. And yet if the caterpillar resisted becoming a butterfly look at how much life would be missed!

Lean in to the changes in your life, trusting that they are helping you evolve into the next best version of yourself! 🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋

Ever wondered what it would be like to go on a yoga retreat? Yeah, me too! Here’s a few snaps of my first ever yoga retreat!

We did it all from Salutations at sunrise & sensational sea dips. Healthy food and hearty laughs! Moon lit hot tub poetry to sunroom bracelet making. Pizza night to Yoga workshops and my favourite… a hike through forest and up hills to discover a breath taking private beach.

Yoga… on and OFF THE MAT 🧘‍♀️
