CalNRG recently held their second annual employee blood drive in association with Vitalant.
We had a great turn out of employees making both regular whole blood and R2 donations.
These efforts will now potentially help save the lives of up to 34 local community members.

CalNRG is one of many small producers bringing you the most environmentally friendly energy resources in the world.

We do this by providing our staff regular environmental protection education. Ensuring our team is well-educated and well-trained in protecting our environment is at the core of what CalNRG is all about.

We are raising our families in California, too.

That is why we ensure your local energy resources production comes from a safe and highly trained team who live here, too.

The CalNRG We See the Future award winners came to visit!

It is our pleasure to educate amazing young minds about essential energy resource production in Ventura County. Our award winners got to hear presentations on our history and energy expansion projects, tour our facilities, and end the day at a company-wide barbeque.

CalNRG is the largest locally owned and operated energy producer in Ventura County. We are committed to the community where we live, work, and operate, and we are dedicated to educating our community about essential resource production.

As a homegrown energy producer, CalNRG produces essential resources in the communities where we live. Our commitment to community stewardship requires that we connect with our stakeholders, including other energy producers, key regulators, and local leaders.

When we connect with stakeholders and identify common goals, we assure that we can produce essential energy resources in a way that continues to positively impact our communities.

Not only do we deliver dependable energy to Ventura County residents, we are also really good at delivering Christmas trees!

For the second year in a row, CalNRG’s team delivered Christmas Trees to families throughout Ventura County, bringing the joy of the holiday season to 20 local homes. Our team said it best-- “during the holiday season, giving is the most important thing of all” and we could not agree more.

Our Christmas tree delivery initiative is the result of successful partnerships with local organizations throughout the County. Local families were identified in coordination with AGSS Memorial Foundation, Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clara Valley, and SPIRIT of Santa Paula. Our trees were provided by Dave's Trees at the Santa Paula Train Depot. A huge thanks to Piru Canyon 4-H for supporting this effort by providing these families with festive goodies, including delicious hot cocoa bombs. And, of course, we are grateful for our amazing team who embody the importance of showing up for our community by making lives better every day.

Happy Holidays!

Community is Supporting Ventura County Teachers. CalNRG put together back-to-school Classroom kits for 1,500 students in the communities where we operate. Supplies included rulers, colored pencils, erasers, pencils, and tissues. Supplying our local educators with the materials they need to support the children in our community is essential.
