Community is Supporting Ventura County Teachers. CalNRG put together back-to-school Classroom kits for 1,500 students in the communities where we operate. Supplies included rulers, colored pencils, erasers, pencils, and tissues. Supplying our local educators with the materials they need to support the children in our community is essential. We are proud to provide these classroom necessities and take the financial burden off our hard-working local teachers.
CalNRG is proud to have sponsored 19 FFA and 4-H students at the Ventura County Junior Livestock auction during this year's Ventura County Fair.

It is our pleasure to educate amazing young minds about essential energy resource production in Ventura County. Our award winners got to hear presentations on our history and energy expansion projects, tour our facilities, and end the day at a company-wide barbeque.

Earth Day 2023
Happy Earth Day 🌎
CalNRG hosted a company-wide unique household and e-waste collection drive. We collected quite a haul, and we will be working with local companies to safely and properly dispose of these products.
As a homegrown energy producer, CalNRG works diligently to protect our local environment and communities. We are always putting our environment first, through the extensive body of environmental regulations we adhere to every day, stewardship of the land, and application of renewable technologies in our operations. We are here to build our state’s energy future by providing the energy we need today while forging the path to the future we desire for tomorrow.
Recently, CalNRG supported Ventura City’s coat & cold weather supplies drive as part of their Foul Weather Response Plan in conjunction with River Community Church. We are happy to be an active part of the community in which we live, and we are grateful for partners like RCC who are committed to the same goals.

CalNRG is... refurbishing farmworker housing
Hard work should be rewarded, and no one works harder than our Ventura County farmworkers. It is our pleasure to refurbish the farmworker housing on the leases we operate. Creating the food we eat is just as important as creating the energy we consume. #thinkglobalpowerlocal
Last year CalNRG safely and securely removed 48 energy resource wells. This project was one of the largest well eliminations in Ventura County.
