This man works his ass off, at work and in the gym. He has the mindset of a winner. That’s what he’s doing. Winning. Give him another year and see what happens.
When you love what you do, you don’t actually “work” I feel pretty blessed to be able to do this everyday.
Winter/new year’s resolutions are coming. Don’t wait to start. Start Right Now. It’s the only way you’ll actually make a change. There will never be the “perfect time” you have to make the time.
A little over 2 months in and down from 245lbs to 231lbs that’s 14lbs down while clearly changing body composition as well (meaning adding muscle while losing fat)
Darrel has been dialed in on his workouts and diet, he even paused consuming alcohol for a little while.
I love working with people that commit to the plan and work for it. This is just the beginning!

Texts like these… I absolutely love them because you don’t realize how much weight lifting plays a roll in you’re daily life. The simple task of getting up off the floor or bending over to pick something up becomes so much easier.
Also huge S/O to John (pictured here) he has been working his ass off and has made truly incredible progress over the last 6 months.
Started at 220lbs. Currently at 200lbs.
This guy works very hard. 4 lifts per week, started adding in a run, cold showers, screen time cut, sends his daily macros every night.
Fitness is more then losing weight. It becomes a lifestyle to happier, healthier, more confident. It sounds like a lot but it truly isn’t.
None of it is “hard” it’s just doing a lot of little things right that add up and amount to great success.
A nor’easter is no excuse to skip your workout. Had a client show up on a sled yesterday… WHATEVER IT TAKES! 💪

Also want to make a plug at this was my first time reading through it and there is a ton of really good information for racing and mechanics throughout the magazine. If I had to sum it up. I would say it’s a magazine for the people, by the people. People who care and are involved.

This is Karl, a perfect example of it’s never too late to start. Karl is 57, and started his workout journey 4 months ago and has since made incredible progress in many different areas such as..
Building strength, the first time we tried a deadlift we did 65lbs and spent alot of time working on form. Now he’s pulling 5-10lbs over his body weight for 10-15 reps.
Increased mobility, When Karl first went to attempt a squat he noticed his shoulders were so tight he couldn’t get under the bar. Now he squats under the bar with very little discomfort in his shoulders.
He has toned up alot and added some size throughout.
All that and more is what happens when you workout, and… its never to late to start.
Water, one of the best things on the planet for your body. You want to improve your health? Improve your water intake. Here are some fun facts about water, how much you should drink, and what water actually does for you.
Water is wildly abundant and we all drink fluids everyday so start changing some of those coffees, energy drinks, and soda for the best option. Water.

Carol first started at around 120lbs back in April, got to 112 in the picture from July 8th and is now back up to 118.
This is the exact cycle of what happens when you start a new exercise and diet routine. This is how the body changes. You lose some of that extra weight that’s just hanging around. Your body tightens up and then you start to add on muscle. Not only does your body change but your mind changes. You start feeling more energetic, happier, less sluggish more confident etc.
Carol, is also an incredible example of someone who could have every excuse to not workout. Between school, work and a few limitations we have worked around she has a busy schedule but always makes time to workout and eat right.

This is Dylan, he started working out around 155lbs with the goal of adding size. Today he is 180. In a year and a half he added 25lbs and has seen tremendous strength gains. From squatting 65-225/DB Pressing 30s-80s/deadlifting 95-225. The next goal is to keep the size while getting leaner.
Like everyone else he has a job, often working nights and second shift being forced into overtime shifts. Our workout times are all over the place but he gets it in.

This is Mike and Hannah. Parents to a 1 year old who both work full time. These are people who don’t make excuses to make their health and fitness a priority and it shows.
This is what happens when you consistently exercise and diet. It truthfully isn’t rocket science. It is discipline. It’s a mindset of making your health a priority in your life.
They look and feel great because they work for it daily whether it’s a good diet choice or a workout. They put in the work.
