This was a great milestone. Dustin and I have been working together for just about a year.
When we started his hip and knee had limited mobility. Had him start his deadlifting journey with 65lb rack pulls. This week he picked up 315lbs off the ground with ease.
Pretty cool to see what can happen in just one year.

@rhubb97 gave it all he had. Setting a new PR of 275 for 8 @ RPE 9.5Bob has been working on gaining more and more strength. His strength has significantly increased over the last year. Deadlifts started around 135lbs for a set of 5. Now he’s pulling 275 for 8. Sky is the limit! Keep up the good work bob!
