Another way to cook on a budget? Use that freezer! If you have bananas about to go bad? Cut them up and save them for smoothies. Have a bell pepper with a soft spot? Trim it off, dice up the pepper and freeze it to use in your next batch of chili. Plus, your freezer is great when you make extra food at dinner—you have leftovers for a future meal or for a delicious lunch!

Do you like cooking sheet pan meals? There are so many variations out there, and they're simple to create. Here are a few of my favorite pans to use for the job. I probably grab my Stone Bar Pan most often, but sometimes I have ingredients with different cook times. That's when the Modular Sheet Pans come in handy.
