Betty Collins has 25 years of knowledge in baking she is eager to share with the community. Her expertise ranges from using unconventional ingredients to fashioning various ovens for bread making.

In this class, students will learn how to choose quality ingredients, start and maintain a starter, and bake a European-style sourdough loaf.
