Everyone wants slim and slender thighs.

But do you know that strengthening thighs and calf muscles is more important for Knee strengthening.

Knee is a joint where the bone of the thigh (femur) meets the shinbone of the leg (tibia). The knee is the largest joint in the body which helps the leg to extend and bend backward.

Maximum Knees problems start because of what?
Any guesses?

- Weak thighs and calf muscles

To make knees stronger .. first make strong the thighs and calf Muscles

4 basic postures to work on your Knees

Try doing it atleast twice a day with a hold for 10 secs and gradually increasing to 30 secs to 1 min

Benefits:-
- Strengthens your knees
- Strengthens your thighs
- Works on your Core / abdominal muscles
- Slim and slender thighs is the byproduct

Yoga is not about doing stupendous posture ... Simplicity works better and lasts long..

Backache is a vague term. There is a stiffness, dull, continuous pain and tenderness in the back muscles, especially in the Lower back (Lumbar)

And the reasons are ..We all know but you ignore most of the time
- Wrong posture on gadgets
- Long standing or Sitting jobs
- No Excercise or Excercise with no proper warm-ups and stretches

Simple Yoga Asanas for daily busy schedule.
- Ease the stiffness and provide suppleness in lower back.
- Strengthen the lower back muscles
- Try 5/10 times atleast twice a day for better results..

Yoga is not about doing stupendous posture ... Simplicity works better and last long..

Chakrasana a wheel pose

- A deep stretch for the chest and shoulder muscles.

- As the chest expands and the lungs get more oxygen - this makes the pose especially beneficial for asthma patients.

-It reduces the stress and tension in the body.

- This asana helps to strengthen the back and increases the elasticity of the spine.
