Everyone wants slim and slender thighs.
But do you know that strengthening thighs and calf muscles is more important for Knee strengthening.
Knee is a joint where the bone of the thigh (femur) meets the shinbone of the leg (tibia). The knee is the largest joint in the body which helps the leg to extend and bend backward.
Maximum Knees problems start because of what?

To make knees stronger .. first make strong the thighs and calf Muscles
4 basic postures to work on your Knees
Try doing it atleast twice a day with a hold for 10 secs and gradually increasing to 30 secs to 1 min

- Works on your Core / abdominal muscles
- Slim and slender thighs is the byproduct

Backache is a vague term. There is a stiffness, dull, continuous pain and tenderness in the back muscles, especially in the Lower back (Lumbar)
And the reasons are ..We all know but you ignore most of the time
- Wrong posture on gadgets
- Long standing or Sitting jobs
- No Excercise or Excercise with no proper warm-ups and stretches

Mind is confused Monkey. Everyone say do Meditation but it is easy to say, difficult to do .. That's why my way of Meditation ..Just be quite and look at Nature.. it's absorbs u completely within him.. and u are Meditating π
