⏮ I dug deep in the crates for this one!….🕳back in 2018–my first year of chiropractic school.

▶️ Here is a practice run I did of a health talk we had to do for an end of the quarter project called “Getting Out of Your Own Way”.

🙄I actually got points off for it not being “chiropractic enough”, which I understood, but this is what I Innately wanted to Express in that moment so I let just let it fly.

💪🏾‘Mighty Healthy’….this is what I put on the back of my Senior Class of ‘09 shirt in high school.

🤔Is this proof that I was Health Conscious since I was 18?

🤓….not quite lol I was a huge rap nerd that referenced Ghostface Killah’s “Mighty Healthy” song because for one I liked the song and the video was sick! Mind you this song already was a throwback from 2000, but hence being a rap nerd….rediscovering classic hip hop for myself. Granted, we in the South too (prime Lil Wayne, TI, Jeezy)

😎I put on my Senior Class shirt because it just had a ring to it, being Pro Health wasn’t really trending back then:
….this was before I worked at a Health Food Store
….before I got into Exercise/Fitness
…& of course before ChiropracTIC.

😏I do believe I had Subconscious Aspirations of being more healthy. My mom did start buying spinach at this time. Ironically, it was rap that first inspired me to want to live a healthier LifeStyle for sure!!!

🤣Funny thing was 98% of people in my class didn’t catch the reference lol so it was pretty much an inside joke.
