These workshops are fantastic opportunity for me to expand students knowledge of coaching primary children.

I do these workshops free of charge, and currently work with 3 different colleges and looking to expand this further. The joy I get from giving students an insight into primary coaching and in several occasions actually hiring students on the spot is very fulfilling.

I aim to deliver 10 workshops this year, hoping to work closely with over 100 different students to give them the skills, confidence and knowledge required to enter the world of coaching.

Lichfield 10k complete. First 10k race done (53 mins). Chuffed with that. But much more happy with the journey I’m on. Swipe for a picture of me 9 months ago looking like a chunka chunk. 3 stone lost since then 🤯

Happy Mother’s Day . Considering you “NEVER WANTED KIDS” when we first met to becoming the best mom our kids could wish for! Thank you for being a fantastic role model to the kids, especially the girls and showing them that being a woman is a supper power. Everything you do for us and constantly creating memories as a family! We all love you so much! It’s a crazy ride having kids, especially 3 by 30. But I’m so glad I’m on this ride with you ❤️🎉

75 hard complete. For 75 days I had to complete x2 45 min workouts, drink a gallon of water, read 10 pages, follow a diet and no alcohol. Got very hard in the middle trying to keep up with the two workouts on such a busy schedule. But made it through and have started the next phase now for the next 30 days 💪 my only goal when starting this was to make it to the end which I did but have also lost nearly 2 stone, got a great routine created and finished 3 books 🙏🏻📙

An idea that’s been bubbling away in my head for probably 3/4 years finally came to fruition today 🚀 a big moment in allowing us to push forward with our growth plan 🤩 supporting the next generation with a huge decision they all face at 16/17/18 and we will be impacting 1000s directly 🙏🏻 jc in partnership with BMET colleges

What started as pocket money counting to see how far she was away from her dream rainbow corn egg turned into an investment speech 😂🙏🏻 rather than doing jobs for money now she wants to try and turn this £6.50 into £30 by painting rocks and selling them to the neighbours. ✅😉 rainbowcorn is £25 but of course she needs to leave some to go again for the next toy she wants. 🤯🥸 her brain is now going 100mph with different ideas ❤️
