New uniform at #JC. ••• I do enjoy a new uniform, keep looking fresh and little tweaks each time 👀 ••• This time opted embroidery over print and had the logo on the neck of each garment 🤩 ••• Nice for the staff to feel smart and proud of what they’re wearing each day 🙏🏻

I think sunny autumn mornings are certainly my favourite ❤️🍁 ••• Still hard to believe the house is all finally coming together and we get to enjoy this view every day 🤯 ••• Final push should see this place all finished over next few months 🚀

Our Tennant has just moved out our first ever flat. Little walk around to show it off as it’s awesome! This was mine and Jais first home together which is why we decided to hold on to it instead of sell. 🤩 This became the start of our property journey unknowingly to us 🙌🏻❤️

Mila wanted to ride home from school tonight. Didn’t anticipate the trek it would be to get a toddlers bike 10 mins down the road 😂 @mrsjaimecraven of course cameras out every where 🤦‍♂️

This property was my favourite viewing of the day but for the wrong reasons. 🚫 I loved this property for the vision I could see it being revived to 🤩 gem after gem with original features, HUGE basement but it just doesn’t quite work out 🤯🤷🏻‍♂️

Needed to demonstrate the state of my hair at the moment - come on bozza open barbers 🙌🏻 little walk around the kitchen now were nearing the end and what my next moves are 🎉

Taking a day off and trying to let my brain think about nothing 🤯 although I spend a lot of time with the kids and do everything I can for them - I realised I don’t actually just stop. 🤷🏻‍♂️ What I realised I do is when me, Jai and the kids are at home I will be sitting around and with in blink of an eye find myself doing something work related 🤦‍♂️ searching for properties, checking my forex trades, fixing something in the house, updating my email list, creating new marketing campaigns, writing down new business ideas 🤩 literally just all the stuff that goes through my head. So today I’ve asked Jai to go in to the office and although it sounds bad get out the way because that will make me stop 🚫 If it works and I make it to the end of the day with minimal work thoughts it’s certainly something I’ll try and put into place regularly. Although we have family day Sunday’s etc and evenings as families my mind still wonders because it can - “while you bath the kids Jai I’m gonna just quickly type out this email/ move the kitchen in to place/ sort my tools” 🤷🏻‍♂️ So let’s see how it goes today I’m excited to just spend the day with Mila ❤️

Take a guided tour of one of our previous flips. 🏚 This was a great find on the open market and we secured it 20% BMV as well as it needing a full renovation 🔨🔥 We took this house from being stuck in the 70s right into modern times and it flew out ⭐️👏🏻 We have more of these lined up ready to go and if you’d like to get involved on them with me now or in the future send me a DM and we can have a little chat ☺️🤩

Digging the new waste for the kitchen. 🏚 A job I’d ALREADY done but to the other side of the house when we planned on putting an extension on. Covid has halted those plans for now so it’s PLAN B! 🤯 A job I’m not a big fan of as it’s a lot of graft and then completely covered over for no one to see 🤦‍♂️

I made excuses in the first lockdown from all angles on why I couldn’t get things done. This time round I’m out the house 5am for a 90 minute walk, back home and write down 2/3 things I HAVE to get done that day around my eldest home schooling. Most of the time I will end up grabbing the laptop back out at 8 once kids have gone to bed to make sure I’ve just ticked off the 2/3 things I set myself for that day. This way I know come the end of lockdown I’ve moved forward and took small steps towards something. Of course I won’t get as much done as I normally would, as I’m working from home whilst homeschooling takes place and I can’t meet with my team as much as I’d like to. But I do feel better to tick a few things off the list each day. Even if one of those is to just put the bins out 🤷🏻‍♂️😂

SYSTEMS + PROCESSES ⭐️ Something that we never did at first in our business but is now something we couldn’t live without. 🙌🏻 Mapping out on paper what’s in your head, who’s responsible for that role, what does that role entail, when does that aspect take place etc. All the things you do at the start document them and then when your at a stage to hire someone they can be passed the very process you created from when you did it. 🔥 Sure they will change and adapt, with regular review you can keep on top of this and make sure your systems and processes keep up with you business 💵 This was something John who I’m interviewing tonight showed me a few years back after he found great success with it in his own business 🧐

PODCAST INTERVIEW 🔥 I’m interviewing the director of a multi million pound online gift store tonight. He and his wife have built this business from zero in their shed to a multi million pound company and have since gone on to set up multiple businesses. 💵 He has helped me personally more then I can ever repay him, guided us through some dark time and really turned my head on the way I look at business. 🧐 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 he has 3 kids and it will be an amazing talk to see how he disciplines himself to meet the demands of family and business 🔥 If you have any questions at all about selling online, creating a social following, accounting, discipline then this is the podcast for you!
