Our last custom cake of 2021! ❄️
This is a bourbon soaked sponge cake with raspberry jam filling, bourbon buttercream frosting, topped with fresh berries, mint leaves & chocolate drizzle. 🥃
We don’t have a boozy cake on our regular menu but next year we might have to add this one to our list! Talk about a grown-up birthday cake 🤤 What do you think??

“I don’t really have a sweet tooth very often. When I do have a dessert, most times they are SO sweet I can’t enjoy it. My goal behind WCS was to offer products that we didn’t feel guilty about eating. To me this means less is more. Every recipe I create is based on 3 things- using the least amount of ingredients possible, gathering the freshest, most natural ingredients I can, & making everything “just sweet enough”. This is why I chose shortbread cookies. A cookie you can enjoy that is the perfect amount of “just sweet enough” & still melts in your mouth. If you haven’t tried them yet, you should. They are really delicious & one of my favorite items on our menu!”

Looking to hire some help for upcoming local events/markets/festivals. NO Farmers Markets. This is an In-Person job with VERY part-time hours to start. Some months may be 4 hours and some months up to 20. It depends on the quantity of events booked this year and your availability to work these events. They are mostly on the weekends with some on Fridays. This position will require lifting tables & boxes up to 25 lbs, standing for 4-8 hours, setting up delicate displays and products. Attention to detail and accuracy when charging for items is important. Your Vibe: friendly, upbeat, positive attitude, talkative, confident, knowledgeable about our products when speaking with customers. We have old fashioned customer service values and believe we are here for the customer, they are what makes our business grow. We want you to help sell the WCS products to gain repeat customers. Please email us with the following information: any relevant work experience, your short term and long term goals, your favorite dessert, morning person or night owl, and any other useful skills.

Hello! My name is Kimberly & I am the founder of Whipped Cake Shop. I am a native San Diegan having went to school in Lakeside, CA where I met my husband & currently live in Santee, CA with my beautiful little family. I started Whipped Cake Shop with 13 years of experience in cake decorating & baking. Over the years I struggled to find my niche in the professional world but always found refuge in my happy place; baking beautiful, delicious treats for family & friends. I finally realized my true passion & launched Whipped Cake Shop Est. 2020. I hope to share these delicious treats with everyone & have the goal to open a storefront in our wonderful part of town very soon!
