Have you ever wondered why we make shortbread cookies? Here’s the “why” behind all of our recipes: “I don’t really have a sweet tooth very often. When I do have a dessert, most times they are SO sweet I can’t enjoy it. My goal behind WCS was to offer products that we didn’t feel guilty about eating. To me this means less is more. Every recipe I create is based on 3 things- using the least amount of ingredients possible, gathering the freshest, most natural ingredients I can, & making everything “just sweet enough”. This is why I chose shortbread cookies. A cookie you can enjoy that is the perfect amount of “just sweet enough” & still melts in your mouth. If you haven’t tried them yet, you should.
