So.. the Pregnancy Brain is real.. thus I looked up some exercises to give my grey matter a work out. This is one of them.

Everyone gets 24 hours a day, not an hour more, not an hour less.
The truth is, many of us take time for granted and thought our time belongs to us. This is ๐๐๐ true.

When I first started out, most of my time was taken up by my 9-5 job and sometimes I even had to work late into the evenings.
That's when I learnt to value time, and took a leap of faith into the uncertainty of the real estate business in order to have time flexibility. I love my work, but I slowly realised that I was back in the same cycle because I will sacrifice my time with my loved ones, energy, and rest, in order to be the best real estate agent, and provide the utmost value to my friends and clients, whom I valued so much.
Today I have discovered a method that puts me on the journey to financial freedom and I am excited to share this with you.
Time doesn't wait for anyone, what you do today determines your tomorrow.
How you spend your time is your choice, make smart ones.

Day 12 of One Punch Man/Woman Workout
We timed ourselves doing the full work out today and compared it to how we did on day 1. Here are the results:
Day 1: 31 min
Day 12: 25 min
We were 6 mins more efficient!!
My sport scientist husband says that it is very important to know the start state and to measure performance. In all things, we can measure performance with whatever parameters we set out for ourselves.
For this challenge, the parameters could be: Level (number of reps), time taken to complete, average workout heart rate, strength, a simple weight measurement or a before and after picture.
So ALWAYS know your parameters and map your performance to know if you are improving! You will be so proud of yourself!!! โค๏ธ

Apparently, there is ๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐ข๐-๐๐.
We can only rely on our bodyโs immunity to fight the illness, therefore I conclude that the only solution is the effort to lead a healthier lifestyle.
4 key aspects to a healthier lifestyle.
1. Exercise regularly!

2. Watch your hygiene, wash your hands.
3. Consume high nutrients rich food that aid/build your immune system.
For those who are โtechnicalโ, what are nutrients?
The most important โnutrientโ which I have shared before is Water. ALWAYS stay well hydrated.
The famous Vitamin C (always consume food rich in Vit C with adequate fluids).
The infamous Vitamin A and Vitamin E (which are fat-soluble Vitamins. Take what is sufficient, do not over-dose). Vit A regulates our immune system while Vit E is an antioxidant to minimise free radicals.
The sexy favourites are Zinc, Allicin & Arginine.
Last but not least
4. Be Happy! Scientific evidence suggests that being happy has major benefits to your health. It can lead to a healthier lifestyle, help to combat stress, boost immunity, protect ur heart and reduce pain!
My hubby always said, โalways always have a clear end state in mind!โ
So we super imposed some beautiful abs onto our day 0 picture, and we can work towards this in our challenge journey!

The one single most important nutrient is Water.
Virtually everything happening in our body requires water because
1. It carries other nutrients throughout the body.
2. It gives each cell in our body the proper shape and form.
3. It's essential to maintain our body temperature, it lubricates our joints and facilitates food digestion.
Water enables you to perform at your fitness peak performance.
With adequate rest, It also helps you recover fast when you're ill.
So my most important health tip for you is to stay well hydrated, while staying safe.

The only easy day was yesterday.
Starting became easier.
Doing becomes difficult when you don't get enough sleep, nursing ๐คฑ๐ปour precious through the night.
We started at level 3 but did not complete it.
