Makes approx 4 baubles Ingredients 150g cream cheese 150g feta 135g Villa Mediterranean Margherita Layered Dip  Rosemary sprigs Instructions Add the cream cheese and feta into a food processor or cake mixer beat until the mixture forms a whipped consistency. Cover the dome mould with plastic wrap and using a spatula gently 3/4 fill each half of the dome mould, using a teaspoon top each mould with the layered dip. Day 11 | Chocolate Pretzel Wreaths 🎄 @its.a.dish 15 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS 🎄 Makes 4 pretzel wreaths Ingredients 48 pretzels 100g white chocolate Green or pink oil-based food colouring Christmas sprinkles Instructions Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in increments of 30 seconds until melted, then stir through the food colouring until you achieve the shade you prefer. Dip the bottom edge of the pretzel into the melted chocolate and assemble the pretzels into a round wreath shape.  There should be 6 pretzels on the base layer of the wreath, then layer another 6 dipped pretzels on top, overlapping over the bottom layer of pretzels. Leave to set, once the chocolate has set break off any excess chocolate and serve with the candy cane hot chocolate or milkshake, on a cookie platter or for a Christmas Eve treat.  These are really great to make with the kids at the same time as the Chocolate Christmas Tree Lollipops.
