Here are some of my favorite tips for those new to cooking and meal planning. 1- Clean out your pantry, refrigerator and freezer. You heard that right! Any food that doesnโ€™t serve you, is out of date goes into the trash. You are basically starting over and stocking your pantry and fridge with healthier items. 2- Create a weekly Menu: When you work with our team, we create a weekly menu plan utilizing our integration with eat love app, which is customized for your nutritional needs after your initial consultation, intake form, and nutritional analysis. Eating in a state of balance can nourish your body with what it needs and bring more connection to our intuition, our true self, and nature. After all you are what you digest. When your body is in balance, your digestion functions optimally and optimal health is good, but where there is an imbalance, there is dysbiosis and opportunity for dis-ease in the body.
