We are currently experiencing the ending of cycles and new beginnings. The summer/winter solstice is upon us and it’s coming to the end of the calendar year and the beginning of a new one. Many of us are personally experiencing endings and new beginnings in our individual realities, saying goodbye to old versions of ourselves as new versions are being birthed. There is also a new moon at the end of this week representing new beginnings.
This four session 1:1 healing journey is for women and mamas to support you through the ending of one chapter and the birthing of a new one.
Free space to welcome in the new by releasing what is no longer serving you.

This week I received some beautiful feedback that my posts bring positive energy to your feeds. I am so grateful for this compliment but I haven’t always been so positive.
In fact, I used to think bad things always happened to me (guess what? If that’s what you think, that’s what you get!) And I have had my fair share of challenges in life. I share these facts about me (and some raw and real pics) so I can be a mirror to you of what’s possible.
👉My Dad died when I was 9 from a heart attack very suddenly. He was only 42. It was heartbreaking and traumatic and I have lived with grief for 30 years.
👉The first time I experienced a low mood or depression was when I was around 22. I pulled myself out of it multiple times but it kept coming back.
👉I used to sit at work in UK stressed and depressed, staring out the window wishing my life away for the weekend and thinking there must be more to life than this.
👉I was in an abusive relationship with a narcissist for 2 years and the experience nearly broke me. For so long I didn’t have enough self worth to leave.
👉Partying hard at the weekend and drinking loads of alcohol was the norm for me. I avoided my problems by going out and having fun.
👉I often felt lost and lonely. I had a number of unhealthy relationships with partners that didn’t care about me or were emotionally unavailable because I didn’t really value myself.
👉I was unhappy with my physical appearance and I had constant negative thoughts about how fat and ugly I was.
👉After drinking one night, I had an accident and fell down some stairs, hit my head, ended up with a head injury and two huge black eyes. Everyone that saw me stared and some even pointed.
This was the turning point or the wake up call I needed to start looking at what needed to change.😬
I have not always been positive but I have done the work to get there. Do I have bad days? Of course! Do I get stressed out sometimes. Yes, it’s all part of this human experience. But now I can shift my energy quickly back to a more neutral or positive state and my normal state of being is HAPPY!😀🙌
