▫️ Vinyasa is a flow style yoga practice that includes fluid transitions from pose to pose , linking body, breath and movement reaching a flow state. Each class is different according to what Acosia wants to focus on that particular day .
Vinyasa can be challenging but everything in this class can be modified and/or adapted to each person and all levels of practitioners . Props , chair , and straps encouraged if needed to help you progress your practice.
Expect to build strength , flexibility , balance , and concentration while cleansing your body and mind mentally , physically and spiritually .
My classes are all practiced with music .so expect a killer playlist to set the vibes.
