2️⃣ Mobility is meant to be worked in multiple planes, not just forward and backward.
3️⃣ Don’t rush your stretching! Focusing on breathing helps more than you think.
4️⃣ Motion is lotion, add variability to your movement.

Let’s be honest for a minute. I never knew how challenging it was to maintain a healthy lifestyle until my family started growing. Without routine it would be almost impossible….and that’s why it’s always good to bring your kid to the gym with you.

Side note, no matter how it looks a garage gym is 💯 percent better than paying commercial fees.
