Not a lot of people put much thought into this. They go to work and that’s that. But what we do 9-5 only pays for the bills nowadays, don’t you agree? Both our health journey has been up and down, kind of like how our 401K funds. Sometimes it’s positive and some quarters, it’s a -6% loss. There is never a perfect week but there are MORE good healthy days now. Which equates to better than where we were in 2012. Now in his 50s, he’s snowboarding and surfing with the kids!

A night of Filipino food and Filipino humor, this is the stuff that makes my world go round!

1234: Isn’t that a cool weight number??? Just want to highlight my 72 year old friend! We were in Waikiki recently and she clocked 14,552 Steps! We ate a ton but Traveling and Enjoying our time with friends and colleagues ALSO makes us healthier, do you agree?

For me, being in a business, where I can do that on repeat, while having my family as priority is the best place to be.
