Red houses are common in the Nordic countries. They always make me smile.
What can we do about grief? Grief is all around us right now, and no way to change anything. Is it all out of our control? No. We have a tool to access our higher mind, restore our sense of self-power, and keep calm, so that we can handle things over which we do have control. Violet and golden orbs, I find, is a combination that can help you do just that. Violet takes you out of your stomach-shot of grief, over the sky, so you can see beyond, above, around and everywhere. Grief then dissipates, like fog, after a while. Gold, especially in golden floating orbs, reconnects and heals your abdomen, restoring your power with light. Try meditating 3 to 5 minutes on this pattern, imagine it moving, without glasses and near a source of sunlight. An hour later, feel the difference. , , ,
Since we have been talking about RED, this type of RED only boosts my mood...no downers here! This is my dude!
What is the deal with red? Does it really do what it promises? Red color frequencies--all the different types of reds--affect your sense of power, ground you, keep you rooted in yourself, bring you out of the shadows. But caution...can be detrimental to your mental health if it is shaky.

Colors in nature: The intense blues and purples of this hydrangea can act as a color meditation. Gaze at the flowers outside, in sunlight without your glasses for three minutes. Blue is anti-inflammatory, for your body and mind. An hour later, you will feel the cool of the color wash over you. , ,
Try it! The instructions are: 1-take off your glasses; 2-you must do this meditation during the day, near a window with some sun, as it is photosensitive and 3-no need to concentrate on any one thing, just enjoy the video, but set your phone for one hour later. You start to feel some changes after one hour. This is a focus video that calms a busy mind, to enable focus. Remember, it takes an hour to work (just like an aspirin takes half an hour).
